Guidelines for Reviewers
The peer review of manuscripts submitted to the journal Análisis Geográficos is based on the “double-blind” system (the identities of the reviewers assigned to the review and the authors are kept confidential throughout the process). In recognition of their excellent academic work and valuable contribution, a digital certificate is issued as proof of the support provided.
The journal thanks each reviewer for their collaboration in reading and reviewing the article. Critical analysis and comments on the originality and relevance of the topic, the technical quality of the work, the use of mathematical tools, the validity of the results, the depth of the analysis and discussion, future prospects, the impact, and the bibliographic support will be important parameters for the Editorial Committee’s decision to publish.
The main aspects to be evaluated in the manuscript are: coherence, structure, and writing style; thematic relevance; and depth.
The “Manuscript Evaluation” form is the document that will serve as the basis for the Committee to review the feedback and assessment of the manuscript provided by each academic peer.
