Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their work to this journal. All submissions will be reviewed by an editor to determine whether they align with the journal’s objectives and scope. Those deemed suitable will undergo peer review before a decision is made on whether to accept or reject them.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included in it, such as photos, documents, and datasets. All authors listed on the submission must consent to being identified as authors. Where applicable, the research must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.

An editor may reject a submission if it does not meet minimum quality standards. Before submitting, make sure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and articulated. The title should be concise, and the abstract should stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood that reviewers will agree to review the article. Once you are confident that your submission meets this standard, proceed to the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
